Large unique work, white chalk on NYC subway black paper, executed by Keith Haring in person and in public, circa 1984, in the NYC subway, on a blanked out advertising panel.
An early work from his well-documented series of 'subway' drawings executed during a period in the early 80's when he would use the advertising panels that were not pasted with adverts, utilising the NYC black paper as a blank canvas for his ingenious, spontaneous and extraordinary free-hand works.
