Extra-ordinarily rare early 'Star' lamp designed and hand-made by Tom Dixon, in the 1990's.
Few examples, if any, currently exist of this spectacular object which was originally designed as a suspension lamp (and comes with the original built-in hanging hoop for this purpose but can also be used as a table/floor lamp with a trailing cable with plug, also supplied. One of the 'cones' is hinged to allow access to the central lamp).
This rare and complicated configuration with 32 points is one of only approximately 10 examples made by Tom Dixon.
Very scarce.
